Randy Varuso is a builder who entered the industry at a time when most were jumping out, and is proud of the success he has enjoyed since first getting into the building business in 1984. Being introduced to the construction business at an early age by both his Father and Grandfather, who were his mentors, inspired Randy to choose building as a career.

In the construction and developing process, Varuso Homes has consistently provided well-built, affordable homes for clients all over the Metro New Orleans area, and now in particular, the Northshore region.

Randi Lynn is our client liaison and facilitates customer service and scheduling the subcontractors and suppliers. Randi Lynn works closely with clients, selecting and ordering product items and assisting with coordinating color selections. Randi Lynn, like her father, was exposed to the building business early in life, accompanying her Dad on countless jobs and appointments. Those first memories were the inspiration that brought Randi Lynn into the business.

Mitch Ripoll, our experienced and insightful house plan designer, performs all design work and specification check lists. This greatly shortens "concept to reality", allowing the customer to be aware of a related cost for a particular design in the early planning stages. Once construction begins, Mitch's knowledge of the actual work allows him to easily manage the process with the field supervisor.

Joseph Gioe is our construction site supervisor and is on the job daily. His hands-on approach with subcontractors and suppliers and essential information for each property ensures a smooth, steady work flow throughout the construction of a Varuso Home.
